Design Your Podcast Growth Engine

A Straightforward System to Reliably Grow Your Podcast

This no-fluff workshop will help you assemble the four components of your podcast growth engine to help you grow faster with less effort.

TL;DR: What You Need To Know

Design Your Podcast Growth Engine is a free, live workshop consisting of four 60-minute sessions spread across four days. You can attend live or watch the replays on your own time.

All the important details are below, or you can keep reading if you’re still not sure if this workshop is right for you.

1.

4 Days, 4 Live Lectures

📆 This 4-day live workshop will take place from Tuesday, May 2nd – Friday, May 5th via Zoom.

⏳ Each session will be 60 minutes long, featuring a live training from me followed by Q&A.

🕗 The calls will take place at 9 AM PDT / 12 PM EDT / 17:00 BST.

2.

Access to Replays

Immediately after each session, the replays will be uploaded to the free workshop portal.

This means that you’ll be able to access all the workshop sessions and resources even if you can’t (or prefer not to) join the calls live.

The replays and resources will be available through Sunday, October 2nd.

3.

Actionable Homework

Before the first day of the workshop, you’ll receive a workbook that will accompany the lessons.

The workbook will contain a short (5-10) minute homework assignment for each day of the workshop to help you apply what you’re learning to your own show in real time.

“I’ve done a lot of free workshops. What I like about yours is that there really was stuff to learn stuff that I could incorporate immediately.

You were like, ‘Hey, I’m going to actually give value and not have this be a walking infomercial about myself.’

And that’s rare.”

– Reginald Ferguson, The Fashion Geek Podcast

Your Podcast Isn’t Growing.

And no one can tell you what to do to fix it.

Or rather, there are a lot of people with a lot of loud, confident-sounding opinions on growth…

But when you’ve tried their suggestions, the results have been… disappointing.

  • You spend hours repurposing every episode into a mountain of short-form videos, audiograms, graphics, and blog posts that get zero engagement.
  • You chase each new social trend but never seem to gain any traction, let alone listeners…
  • You’ve tried to boost your discoverability by creating transcripts, posting your episodes to YouTube, and submitting your show to every conceivable podcast directory.
  • You might have even experimented with running cross-promotions, advertising in podcast apps, and pitching podcast discovery newsletters.

But no matter what you try, nothing moves the needle.

You’ve followed all the best practices, you’ve stayed consistent, and you know you have a quality show.

So why aren’t you growing faster?

Most Podcast Marketing Advice Is Incomplete

Mostly, it’s centered around a hodgepodge of isolated tactics without any explanation as to how they fit into a larger, cohesive, long-term strategy.

    • “Guest on other shows!”
    • “Run promo swaps with other podcasters!”
    • “Pitch podcast discovery newsletters!”
    • “Record video and repurpose the clips for TikTok and YouTube!”
    • “Put the transcripts up on your website to boost SEO!”

And sure, these can all be useful tactics for getting more exposure for your show.

The problem is exposure is just one component you need for your podcast marketing strategy to actually work.

This means that even if you’re able to flawlessly execute every one of those exposure strategies, you’re just pouring more fuel into a car without a working engine.

Which is exactly why growing your show feels like, well… pushing a car up a hill.

If you want to get unstuck and accelerate your growth, you need a marketing engine to power it forward.

Introducing Design Your Podcast Growth Engine

A free, 4-day workshop to help you design and build a podcast market marketing system that delivers consistent, reliable growth.

“As a teacher, Jeremy is incredibly knowledgeable in his field. But he’s also very genuine, and I think that’s what stands out.

Quite often when I’m doing courses, I feel that a lot of it is about them, and their business, and what they want for themselves, rather than genuinely looking for the best for the cohort.

I think that is Jeremy’s uniqueness.”

The 4 Components of a Podcast Growth Engine

Every effective podcast marketing strategy is built around four essential components, which together, power your show to long-term, sustainable growth.

        1. Exposure

If you want to grow, you need to consistently get in front of new people.

The Exposure component of your show’s growth engine defines exactly how you achieve this on a consistent basis, preferably on autopilot.

        2. Attraction

Exposure doesn’t do much if you can’t convert attention into something more.

The attraction component of your growth engine is all about creating a show & creative platform that hooks your ideal listeners & reels them in.

        4. $$$

The final step in your podcast growth flywheel is generating revenue that you’re then able to invest back into your marketing to grow even faster.

When you unlock this, your growth potential is near-infinite.

        3. Retention

Getting a new listener to click play for the first time is the hardest part of podcast marketing.

But if you can’t retain first-time listeners & turn them into longtime subscribers, growth is going to be slow.

          Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Jeremy Enns, founder of Podcast Marketing Academy.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve have worked with dozens of brands entrepreneurs, and creators, helping them generate over 50 million podcast downloads and millions of dollars in revenue.

Jeremy Enns | CEO | Counterweight Creative Podcast Production &Marketing
In working behind the scenes in a diverse group of businesses and shows, I started to recognize the recurring patterns that separate shows that grow and convert casual listeners into raving fans, clients, and customers, and shows that plateau, falter, and fizzle.

I want to help you put those lessons to work in your show and your business.

“Jeremy is 100% qualified, and I rave about him to everyone I know.

I highly respect him and appreciate his vision. His expertise and field of knowledge is incredible. Seriously.”

          – Archana Nayak
